This quilted book cover features a medley of monochrome fabrics with both florals and botanicals as well as modern, minimalist crosses. I also added one of my handmade motivational tags 'find your balance'.

This would make the perfect home for your current read or journal. You can even use one of the inside pockets for a paperback and the other for a notebook & pen if you like, so you can always jot down ideas or thoughts when you're on the go.

Each one of the book covers I sew is 'one of a kind' and tells a little story of colour and pattern combinations, making them a fabulous gift for any book lover or perhaps a special treat for yourself..

The outer fabrics are all cotton and the inner lining fabric is from an at least 50 year vintage tablecloth that has been given to me for up-cycling. I just love the added texture in the weaving pattern..

The ribbon for tying is recycled 'sari silk'.
