This 10mm wide, double fold Liberty Art Fabric bias binding features a dark navy blue coloured version of the ultimate classic 'Capel' pattern.

This bias binding has a total width of 40mm when unfolded, but is only 10mm wide once each side is folded in and then doubled over ('double fold'), as is customary.
